For purposes of helping you choose your delivery options, we have set out below a sample listing of destinations and their delivery charges (which are subject to change)

5km radius: (KSH. 190.00)

Westlands, Kilimani, Milimani, Hurlingham, Parklands, Kileleshwa, South B, South C

10km radius: (KSH. 290.00)

Industrial Area, Lavington, Kiuna, Langata, Muthaiga, Spring Valley, Embakasi, Ruaraka, Buru Buru, Karen

All other towns also include the following areas: (KSH. 390.00)

Athi River, Kitengela, Kikuyu, Ngong, Ongata Rongai

International (including Uganda and Tanzania): (KSH. 1900.00)

Mode of Delivery

The method of delivery will depend on your location. For Nairobi orders, we will deliver to your office or home. Delivery charges will depend on the distance from the CBD. Orders from all towns outside Nairobi will be sent via courier and you may be required to collect the book(s) from the couriers office upon notification. For international orders, books will be sent via international courier.

Delivery Failures
Should a book not be delivered due to the delivery address provided being incorrect, there will be an additional charge to re-deliver the book. Should the error be due to incorrect addressing by Books First we will re-deliver at no additional charge.

Large Orders
For large orders, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs. Costs will be advised to you within two business days.

International Delivery
Postage and handling to destinations outside of Kenya will be charged at the rate shown on the website for up 0.5kgs and be sent by international courier. Postage for orders of 0.5kgs or over will incur additional costs and you will be advised within two business days of receipt of order.

The delivery charges shown on our website are subject to change. Your order - availability, cost and delivery date - will be confirmed by email within two business days of receipt. Please allow for weekends and public holidays. For products not in stock at time of order you will be notified by the next business day and you may cancel or order a different book.
